We take utmost care in packing and shipping your order to you. All goods would be shipped within 2 to 5 business days and will be delivered throughout India within 5-10 business days, depending on your pin code and the location of the warehouse from where your order is being shipped.

Shipping to any address within India, from India is absolutely free, if the value of your order is above Rs. 990. For orders below this rate, there will be a nominal shipping charge of Rs. 49 per 500 grams.
If you feel that your order has been tampered with, you may refuse to accept that delivery and get a “Proof of Damage” from your delivery agent. You may also contact us for a replacement
International Shipment
Some International brands will be shipped directly to you from their country of origin .In such cases, you will have to pay for the shipping if it is mentioned on the page and any import duty charges if applicable later at the time of delivery to your address. The import duties will vary from the country of origin, country of destination, weight and contents and invoice amount.
All international orders from India throughout the world will be delivered to you by India post. The speed of delivery will defer from country to country. The customer will bear all shipping, customs and any other charges as applicable to your specific country.
  • The customer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
  • When ordering from TLS, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
  • We offer multiple international options; however, not all are available in every delivery location. Also, if the value of your package is a specific amount the shipping method may not be available. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; TLS has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond TLS original delivery estimates.
  • TLS is not responsible for additional import taxes, customs duties, fees and delays thereof. If the customer chooses not to accept your package and pay for the taxes or fees, TLS will decided to either abandon the package or pay to have it reshipped back to the country of orign. As a result all fees will be deducted from your purchase amount. In some cases you will receive no refund because the cost of returning the items is more than or equal to your purchase.
  • If TLS chooses not to accept the package back it will be abandoned and you will not receive a refund. Please contact your local customs office for further information. As per the trade regulations ALL orders shipped to the customers will be accompanied with an invoice and shipment details and charges. This is applicable to gift items as well.
  • International drop ship orders will receive a full invoice for your order emailed to your registered mail id from TLS and a part invoice from the brand. These invoices do not include any customs duty, as this will be invoiced later by the courier partner after customs clearing your goods.
